Electric Guitarist Candidates must: Be strong Christian with a desire to reach out and love the world Align with the bands mission and goals Be open and honest, work well with others and take direction from authority figures Be willing to play all different spectrums of rock, ac & praise Be proficient on guitar (electric and acoustic), and able to learn songs quickly (ie. 1 new song per week) Be able to write guitar lines relevant to current style Have been actively involved in other bands or other music outlets in the past year Have professional working gear or able to acquire it (ie. amp, cabinet, 2 working guitars, any pedals, equip needed to connect to PA, etc) Be available to practice 2-3 times a week with group Be available for shows on Friday, Saturday and Sunday as well as some weeknights if shows are presented Be able to tour in the near future (ie. In 5-7 months) Be in the Nashville area or willing to relocate or commute whenever needed. Preferred but not required: Past studio experiences a plus.
